It will start with a BBQ 5:30 to 6:30, followed by the year-end awards ceremony running 7:00 to 8:00, and will finish with a final prize table time. The whole event will be done by 9:00 at the latest.

Notably, the Mandarin Bible study group will have a special guest speaker beginning at 8:00 right after the awards ceremony.
